More about us

In the late 1990s, a group of visionary professionals with extensive experience in the agri-industry identified the need to develop new markets for agricultural production in the Bajío region, particularly for broccoli with limited domestic consumption, as well as snow peas, cauliflower, carrots, and lettuce.

Fresh Cooling traces its origins to MarVest, a company established in 2000 with the purpose of adding value to agricultural products from the Bajío region.

Creating opportunities for growth

Our organization’s commitment to sustainability is rooted in a collaborative business approach.

“If we succeed, we succeed together.”

Fresh Cooling operates in rural areas, creating development opportunities for regional professionals and generating well-compensated employment.

Production

Broccoli cultivation requires temperatures between 15°C and 20°C to meet the quality standards for commercialization in the United States; therefore, production is seasonal.

Broccoli production is concentrated in the Bajío region (Guanajuato, Querétaro, Michoacán), as well as Tlaxcala, Puebla, and other emerging regions

Production Regions

The Mexican Bajío has established itself as one of the most competitive agricultural regions for export, standing out for the production of high-quality foods with full traceability and compliance with international standards.

Among its flagship products are broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower, and a wide variety of vegetables, grown under privileged climatic conditions and with advanced agricultural technologies that optimize water use and ensure freshness.

Business Opportunities

We are a company open to new business opportunities. As we continue to grow, we aim to create value and generate mutually beneficial partnerships.
