The Quality of our products
Broccoli has an approximate shelf life of 21 days; however, for every hour it remains at ambient temperature, it loses one full day of shelf life.

Our Fields
Due to their characteristics, the regions of Valle de Santiago (Guanajuato) and Puebla offer optimal conditions for cultivation:
The soils present a high Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), allowing them to effectively retain and supply nutrients to plant roots without leaching from irrigation or rainfall. These are deep soils with a granular structure and a pH range between 5.4 and 7.0, which is ideal for efficient mineral absorption in most crops.
Regional temperatures range between 18°C and 20°C, providing ideal conditions for the production of export-grade crops.

Communities
The agro-industrial sector in Valle de Santiago operates as a driver of systemic development, where food production activates an extensive network of specialized subcontracting. This structure connects every stage of the value chain—from technical soil preparation to export logistics—integrating multiple economic actors, including input suppliers, technicians, transport providers, and operational crews.
By transforming each hectare into a node of interdependence, the agricultural landscape of Valle de Santiago not only generates high-value crops, but also functions as a social fabric that distributes income and drives employment across the region.
