Transportation

Broccoli is transported in refrigerated units under a strict and constant cold chain of 33°F from origin to the border. This uninterrupted thermal flow preserves natural freshness and slows the product’s metabolic activity, ensuring the vegetable maintains its export-grade quality throughout transit.

Suppliers

To meet the high standards our clients expect, we maintain a strict policy requiring all suppliers to hold Primus GFS certification. This ensures that every input complies with the most rigorous international food safety and handling protocols from the field. By consolidating this network of certified suppliers, we support a reliable supply chain that guarantees the quality and safety of every product we export, enabling full traceability and early detection of any irregularities.

Storage

Prior to transshipment, the product is stored in a specialized cold room that maintains the exact same regulated temperature as during its initial transport. This controlled storage ensures thermal continuity, extending the durability and freshness of the broccoli without operational disruptions. By preventing any temperature fluctuations at this intermediate stage, we ensure the product maintains its integrity and optimal shelf life through final delivery.
